Founder

Miriam Poggio

Originally from Argentina, Miriam has called Florida home for the past 25 years and brings 23 years of real estate experience to every residence she represents. Fluent in Spanish and English, with a growing knowledge of Italian, she genuinely enjoys connecting with owners and guests from around the world.

She founded One Rentals Miami around a simple belief: exceptional hospitality should always feel personal. Her hands-on approach, local knowledge and attention to detail have shaped a trusted collection of stays across Miami and Hollywood Beach. As an Airbnb Superhost, Miriam is recognized for responsive service and the thoughtful touches that turn a rental into a memorable experience.

Bautista supports the daily operations and guest experience at One Rentals Miami, helping coordinate the many details behind a seamless stay—from preparation and arrivals to ongoing assistance throughout each reservation.

With a calm, solutions-focused approach, he works closely with guests and trusted local partners to make every interaction feel easy, attentive and genuinely welcoming.
